Practical applications of academic concepts are certain to engage students’ interests in careers related to science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Manufacturing: The New Generation will introduce students to these concepts and to related careers. Program features include:
- A 48-page student publication that features interest in STEM-related careers
- A Teaching Guide on CD with 31 scenario-based student projects that integrate academic standards and career cluster knowledge and skills
- A career interest inventory, salary and education data and a pullout high school and postsecondary planning guide
Promotes critical-thinking, teamwork and other 21st-century skills.
